The record: more than sixty large-scale launches of new ways of working, from single programs to transformations spanning thousands of people, and over sixteen thousand leaders and practitioners trained or certified across North America, Europe, and Asia, including two of the largest certification classes ever run in his field. He held the highest trainer certification his discipline offered, taught the people who now teach it, and helped develop the courses and exams that certify the trainers themselves.

He has also built from the owner's chair. A founder since 1996, he has started more than a dozen businesses along the way, and took two transformation consulting firms to seven figures in revenue, one co-founded with a colleague, one built on his own. Across all of it, enterprise and small alike, he kept meeting the same pattern: businesses failing or stalling for the same predictable reasons, with no standard anywhere for how to build one.

That conviction became the Small Business Standard™, the standards and certification framework he founded and stewards.
